Like many large organisations in recent times, last year Fortescue was going through a radical shift to the way it's staff worked. Brought on by a need for more flexibility and ultimately efficiency in the workplace, Fortescue made several leaps in technology and office environment structures to keep up with a fast-moving workforce.
In order to educate and motivate staff, the New World of Work campaign was launched. A key graphic was designed to get the message across, selling the benefits of being able to work literally anywhere.
Firstly a concept was approved by the steering committee and a photo shoot then took place. After the shoot a few hours in Photoshop created the signature campaign graphic.
