Fortescue approached me to visit one of their mine site accommodation villages in the Pilbara to come up with some exterior renovation ideas for a few of the existing blocks of buildings and also a music room area.
With the mine site named after a famous surf break, Cloudbreak, the client requested concepts based on a beach theme for the rooms, walkways, landscaping and a mural.
For the music room, the client requested concepts to make the room more like an authentic rehearsal/jam space.
